Soak soybeans in cold water for 12-24 hours. Pick out skins (optional)
Rinse the soybeans off.
Boil hot water.
Pour hot water and cold water into your Vitamix. (making the water warm)
The 2 cups of soybeans will swell and turn into 4 cups. Use 2 cups of swollen beans per 64 oz of water.
Blend beans with water, and strain through nut bags.
You can cook the milk a little if you like (not necessary)
Pour into a mason jar, cool, and then refrigerate.
