Soak Almonds overnight (if you don’t have time, you can blanch them. That means you can boil hot water and put them over the almonds for 1-2 min and then the skin will be removable)
Peel Almonds and look throw out any rotten ones
Rinse them thoroughly
Boil some hot water
Place the almonds in your Vitamix and pour some filtered water over them.
Pour boiling water in the container, so that the water will be warm while blending.
Pour milk through a Nut Bag and then squeeze
