Homemade Almond Meal

  • Almond Pulp

Instructions
 

  • Use a cookie sheet and cover with parchment paper.
  • Pour the wet almond pulp onto the cookie sheet. Spread it out with your hands.
  • Put in the oven on lowest temperature to dehydrate - 195-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook for about 5 hours. Make sure it is completely dried out.
  • Pour dried almond meal into a food processor and process until finely powdered.
  • Store in a mason jar.
