Use a cookie sheet and cover with parchment paper.
Pour the wet almond pulp onto the cookie sheet. Spread it out with your hands.
Put in the oven on lowest temperature to dehydrate - 195-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook for about 5 hours. Make sure it is completely dried out.
Pour dried almond meal into a food processor and process until finely powdered.
Store in a mason jar.
