Sister Frennn - Beef Liver Pate

Alrighty, I’ve already shared my whole life story about how beef liver has helped me tremendously particularly with my mental health. Read more about my journey with beef liver here.  I’ve been experimenting with different beef liver recipes and came up with this Beef Liver pate!

I will say that you don’t have to follow my recipe…You could just sear the liver on each side for about 1-2 minutes and then throw it in the blender without all the *stuff*, especially if you are on an elimination diet.

Beware, liver has a VERY strong taste. Many people suggest soaking it in milk or vinegar to remove some of that “iron” taste out of it. Me…–well I don’t soak it,  because I don’t wanna lose any of those precious nutrients!
