ok sis, so this chocolate pudding recipe is seriously delicious!

 

Not only does it satisfy your sweet tooth, but it is a super fun and sneaky treat to keep stored in your fridge! If you have company coming over, offer your guests some chocolate pudding. Once they’ve finished gobbling it down, you can tell them that they just ate scrambled eggs, haha! They’ll be totally shocked because the flavor and texture are so creamy and smooth.  It’s like a hidden protein-packed twist that makes it both indulgent and secretly nutritious! Perfect for impressing friends or just treating yourself to something unique. Trust me, it’ll become a conversation starter for sure!

Chocolate Pudding with Scrambled Eggs

Equipment

  • Vitamix

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk add more if you add enhancements like *peanut butter* –YUM
  • 4-5 dates add to taste
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Scramble eggs completely. Make sure they are not wet at all.
  • Once the eggs are scrambled, add them to Vitamix.
  • Then add almond milk, dates, cacao powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Divide into mason jars and refrigerate up to 3 days.

Notes

I don’t recommend eating this at night–cacao powder does contain some caffeine. It is high in nutritional value and safe for kids but don’t let them snack on this after 2pm.
