Chocolate Pudding with Scrambled Eggs

- Vitamix
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk add more if you add enhancements like *peanut butter* –YUM
- 4-5 dates add to taste
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Scramble eggs completely. Make sure they are not wet at all.
- Once the eggs are scrambled, add them to Vitamix.
- Then add almond milk, dates, cacao powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide into mason jars and refrigerate up to 3 days.
